Michael “Mike” E. Marshall, age 67, of Quincy, died on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in his home. He was born on August 4, 1951 in Quincy Illinois the son of Robert and Marie Iona (Knuffman) Marshall. He married Nancy Marie Lepper in 1983 in Quincy and she survives.

Mr. Marshall worked at the Illinois Veteran Home in Housekeeping. He graduated from Quincy High School.

Mike was of the Christian faith. He liked to go fishing, sing karaoke, and loved antique cars. He liked barbecuing, watching western movies and playing horseshoes. He had his own D.J. equipment and played at receptions and parties. He volunteered at the Salvation Army for 32 years driving a bus. His family was his pride and joy.

He is survived by: his wife, Nancy;
CHILDREN: Tanya Jones of Quincy Michael Paul Marshall Christ and his fiancé Tammy of Peoria IL, Randy Marshall of Quincy, Shirley (Justin) Strahan of St. Louis;
11 GRANDCHILDREN: Brittany Marshall, Brennen Marshall, Wyatt Jones, Alyssa Marshall, Isaiah Christ, Carter Christ, Kylea Christ, Michael Strahan, Raleigh Strahan, Hunter Strahan, Kamren Strahan
GREAT GRAND CHILDREN: Kaysen Marshall
SIBLINGS: Rose Christ, Jim Marshall, Jack Marshall, Sharon Bose, Sandra Rehfeldt, Bonnie Brown, JoAnn Anderson
Numerous Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Robert Marshall and Leo Marshall.

Cremation rites will be accorded, and private family services are planned.
