Mark Paul Steiner, age 69, of Timberpointe Healthcare, Camp Point, IL, died on Monday, December 7, 2020 in Blessing Hospital. He was born on July 10, 1951 in Mastershausen, Germany. Mark was a chef in the Philadelphia area for many years. He was of the Catholic Faith.

Mark loved to cook. He loved reading , the arts and music. He also enjoyed participating in trivia contests and games.

He is survived by:
HIS DAUGHTER: Astrid Render (Benjamin)
HIS GODDAUGHTER: Melanie R. Slavinski
HIS GRANDCHILDREN: Austin Dove, Juliet Render, Xavier Beckett and Layne Patrick.

Cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
