Margaret L. Dyer
Margaret L. Dyer, age 84, of New Canton, IL died on Saturday, June 19,
2010 at 3:15 AM in her home. Margaret was born on July 2, 1925
in Des Moines, IA, a daughter of Thomas & Mildred (Root) Frohn.
She married George J. Dyer, Jr. on October 6, 1967 in Missouri. He died December 21, 1990. Margaret was a nurses aide at Good Samaritan Home prior to her retirement.
She enjoyed sewing and embroidery.
Survivors include: a brother, Donald Frohn; a niece Lela Dawn Gasper and a great-niece, Danielle Gasper all of New Canton, IL. Many nieces, nephews and great, great-great and great-great-great nieces and nephew also survive.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two brothers, Lloyd Thomas and Richard Dean Frohn.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Ron Baker. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 p.m. at Duker & Haugh . Memorials are to the Donor’s Choice.
