M. Pauline York, age 87, of Quincy, died on Monday, November 12, 2018 in the Sunset Home. She was born on January 21, 1931 in Missouri, the daughter of Leslie Elmer and Dora Evalena (Brumbaugh) Puls. She married Roy Kenneth York on December 24, 1948. He preceded her in death on July 31, 1998.

Pauline is survived by:
A SON: Gary Alan York and his wife Kathy
TWO GRANDCHILDREN: Adam York and Angela York
FIVE GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Abigail York, Tucker York, Brett Baird, Ella Burton and Dulce Aguilar.
TWO BROTHERS: James Puls and his wife Judi and William Puls and his wife Betty
THREE SISTERS: Barbara Puls, Mary Brown and Neva Scobee.
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Janice Elaine York, a brother Leslie Puls, Jr. and a sister: Nadine Davis.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services are planned at this time. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
