Lori Jo McClean
Lori Jo McClean, age 50, of 3416 Lyric LN, died on Saturday, September 20, 2014 in her home. She was born on July 3, 1964 in Quincy, the daughter of William J. Shear and Golda M. (Woods) Shear Seybold. Lori was a 1981 graduate of Quincy Senior High School. She married Donald L. McClean on August 3, 1984 in Lighthouse Baptist Church. He survives. Lori was a licensed Daycare Provider. She ran her own daycare out of her home for more than 20 years. She took several classes and training courses over the years for her daycare. She was a member of the Madison Park Christian Church.
Lori was very dedicated to her family and grandkids. She loved her family dearly. She was also very dedicated to the children in her daycare for the last twenty years. She was an avid Cardinal Fan and also enjoyed her yard work.

HER MOTHER: Golda Seybold of Quincy
HER FATHER: William Shear of Palmyra, MO
TWO CHILDREN: Alicia Jo Gore and her husband George of Quincy and Nicholas Bryan McClean.
TWO GRANDCHILDREN: William Gore and Adrienne Gore
TWO SISTERS: Vicki Shear and Melinda Doellman and her husband Luke.
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives also survive.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 10:30 in Madison Park Christian Church. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Hope Lodge in St. Louis or to the Blessing Hospital Foundation for Hospice.
Until we meet again my friend I will cherish our memories we have had for the last 40 years! I love you and will miss you dearly.
Lori, I miss you so much. I am lost without you, talking to you on the phone every night or coming by and seeing your smiling face. You were my best friend and always will be. Thanks for being there for me over the years, I will never forget you and all the great times we have had togather. Rest in peace my friend, I will always love you and miss you. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I’m am truly heartbroken at the loss of an amazing friend,ally and sister. She was always one to have a smile on her face and a shoulder to cry on. I will miss her dearly.
