Lavon L. ‘Sonny’ Logan, age 79, of Quincy, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, August 12, 2024. He was born on August 3, 1945 in Quincy, the son of Tom and Valetta (Garner) Logan. Sonny worked at Titan Wheel. He was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed fishing. Sonny served his country in the United States Air Force.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the South Side Boat Club. Memorials may be made to the family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
