Kevin M. ‘Bubba’ Fee
Kevin M. ‘Bubba’ Fee, age 55, of Quincy, IL died on Saturday, November 14, 2020 in Blessing Hospital. He was born on July 2, 1965 in Quincy, IL the son of Jerry & Carlene ‘Corky’ (Frese) Fee. Kevin was a graduate of Unity High School. He worked at Transitions. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.
Bubba was a fan of the Cardinals and the CUBS. He liked country music, especially Garth Brooks. He liked dancing and sports, playing 4H softball and bowling. He liked camping and was a Boy Scout. Bubba was a family person, who adored being around his nieces and nephews, playing cards, being ornery and ‘holding the babies’. Holidays were special to him, especially Halloween, Christmas and his own birthday.

SIBLINGS: Sharon Goodwin of Normal, IL; Annette Deters and her husband Allen of Fowler and Brian Fee of Quincy.
NIECES AND NEPHEWS: Kaitlyn Merrick and her husband David, Madyson Goodwin, Cody Deters and his wife Shawnee, Emily Clark and her husband Quentin; Ashley Fee and Erika Fee.
GREAT NIECES AND GREAT NEPHEWS: Luke, Barrett and Ellie Deters and Asher and Cora Clark.
Many special aunts, uncles and other relatives also survive.
Bubba was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Theresa and Michelle Fee in infancy and a niece Abby Fee.
A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held. Interment in Quincy Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Transitions of Western Illinois or to the Quincy Terrace. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
We are sorry to learn of the passing of Bubba. He sounds like a terrific guy. He had to have been with a dad like the well-remembered Lion Jerry and a brother like Brian. The Hamilton Lions Club sends condolences to the family.

I knew Kevin since high school and he always would argue with my dad about Hamilton and Unity. I told my parents about Kevin´s passing and they were heartbroken. My sympathies to Kevin’s family. I have a favorite memory with Kevin, helping at St. Peter’s religion classes while in high school. Kevin was my buddy at the time he made his First Communion! Fly high Kevin.

Kevin was quite the jokester. We enjoyed having him in our Waterrbug group out at QU. One getting to close would definitely get splashed. Whenever we saw him out at Golden Coral or doing his weekly shopping he always would say “hi” and ask about swimming. Remember all the good times,,,and I am sure there are more than a few.
