Kenneth E. Cooper, age 73, of Timberpoint Health Care Center in Camp Point, formerly of Lampe Hi-Rise Apartments in Quincy, died on Friday, August 28, 2009 at 9:25 p.m. in Blessing Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in Quincy Memorial Park. There is no visitation but friends are invited to the graveside services. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
