Kay F. Huddleston, age 68, of Quincy Healthcare and Senior Living, died on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. She was born on May 13, 1954 in Taylorville, IL.
She married Larry Huddleston. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by:
SIBLINGS: Dianna Cardwell (Albert); Herbert Mefford (Ginger) and W. Danny Mefford.
Nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Kay was preceded in death by her parents: Herbert DeWitt Mefford and Rose Anna (Smith) Mefford and her daughter Diana K. Huddleston Mowen.
Cremation rites were accorded and no formal services are planned at this time. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Your best friend awaited you at the gates. I feel so lucky to have had both you and Diana in my life. I will forever cherish all the memories and conversations we had. Rest in peace mamma Kay
