Judy R. Powell, age 74, of Quincy, IL died on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on November 18, 1944 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Harold & Mary (Tucker) Bowen.

Judy was a bartender at several local bars in the Quincy area over the years. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by:
FIVE CHILDREN: Mitzie Pullman and her husband Wayne; Dougie Powell, Mikey Powell, Mark Tournear and his wife Leanne and Marlon Tournear all of Quincy.
ONE BROTHER: Bill Bowen
ONE SISTER: Kelly Muse
13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Shawn Pullman, 2 brothers: Mike Bowen and John Bowen; a sister Darlene Schaffer; and a daughter-in-law, Laura Tournear.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Family for expenses. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
