Joyce Elaine Gilday, age 72, of Quincy, died on Sunday, March 31, 2019 in Lexington Square, Keokuk, Iowa. She was born on July 31, 1946 in Quincy, the daughter of Herbert and Leona (Hogan) Baker.

She was employed by Titan Wheel as a painter until her retirement. Her family was her greatest treasure. Joyce had a green thumb and took great pride in her plants and home.

Joyce is survived by her children: Rod Inman, Melissa (Terry) Durk and Ryan (Gesi) Gilday, Jr.
Grandchildren: Rodney Inman, Christoper Inman, Amelia Inman, Benjamin Inman, Brandon Inman, Braden Wyatt, Gabrial Wyatt, Braylen Inman, Mariah Durk, Makenna Durk, Ryan Gilday, III, Andrew Gilday, Alac Gilday, Ruger Gilday and Leven Gilday.
Great-Grandchildren: Mason Gilday, Wyatt Gilday, Kalleigh Gilday, Magnolia Nisbet, and baby girl, Alyviah Gilday due in June.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and a granddaughter, Miah Durk.

A Celebration of Life with be held on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at The Crossing, 48th and Maine.
