I cannot adequately express my great appreciation to the family of Joyce Wellman for her loyal service over a 20 year period to my brother George Irwin. Not only was Joyce a delight for me to know but also her concern and care for my brother was inestimable in its value and integrity. I will always cherish her memory and will be eternally grateful. May the Good Lord bless and keep her.
Joyce was a great lady that was a surrogate mom to several guys at QU in the 1980s. Prayers out to the Wellman family.
Joyce was a truly remarkable woman and I feel privileged to have known her. She was a devoted mother and friend, a tireless worker and person of high integrity. I will miss her.
I felt a warmth and kinship with Joyce. She was my mother’s good friend, and she was a friend to the Settle family. We shall miss her.
