Joseph W. Strieker, age 40, of Quincy, died on Saturday, January 08, 2022 in Quincy Illinois. He was born on May 28, 1981 in Quincy. He was the son of Michael and Victoria (Truitt) Strieker. He married Ambyer Clay.

Joe worked at Riley’s Spray and Bedliner in Liberty, IL.
He had a fun-loving personality and loved hanging out with his kids. Joe was always working on cars, and whatever else needed to be fixed. He was also a hunter and fisherman.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Ambyer Strieker; his 11 children, Justin, Andrew, Cameron, Xavior, ALika, Faith, Tyson, Adian, Journey, Marquin and Mari. His parents, brothers, Josh and Sid all of Quincy; sister, Hope of Las Vegas and Melissa of Quincy, a number of nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by a brother Gary Strieker and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Cremation rites will be accorded. A Memorial visitation will be on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Duker & Haugh Funeral Home, with a time for sharing memories of Joe at 2:00 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Joe Strieker family.
