To the Fetter Family: Both Ed and Betty were so very supportive during my campaign and election to the county board, when I ran. I fondly remember them as SLCC “parents” and they always had nice things to say. I was not aware your Mom had passed. They leave a great legacy in you all! They will be missed. May they both rest in peace.

To the family of Ed Fetter: Your father/grandfather was my parents best friend. With my brother & I living out of town, your dad drove my parents wherever they needed to go and took my mother communion every week at her home. Your parents and mine enjoyed many dinners together at Spring Lake CC. Your parents were wonderful people!

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Ed and I worked together at Electric Wheel for 14 years and He and my Dad Virgil Beckman became very close friends and golfing buddies. I will never forget the many ways he helped my dad as his health failed. He was always their to help.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time. He was a good person and a valued friend. Dick and Linda Beckman
