John A. Gross, age 86 of 1707 North 12th Street died on Sunday, April 23, 2017 in the Illinois Veterans Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 9:30 AM in the All Faiths Chapel of the Illinois Veterans Home. Interment in Sunset Cemetery of the Illinois Veterans Home with military rites conducted at the cemetery. Visitation will be held for one half-hour prior to the services at the All Faiths Chapel. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
