Jerome L.”Ike” Eickelschulte, age 77, of 1008 Locust, died on Friday, February 24, 2017 in the Emergency Room of Blessing Hospital. He was born on April 24, 1939 in Quincy, IL the son of Fred and Wilma (Harig) Eickelschulte. He served in the United States Air Force. He had worked at Alcor Aviation in Texas; Electric Wheel and Titan Wheel, International in Quincy.

Jerome enjoyed playing games on the computer.

HIS SIGNIFICANT OTHER: Nikki Miller of Quincy
A DAUGHTER: Jeannie Devlin
A BROTHER: Jim Eickelschulte and his significant other Pat Bennet.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: Fred Eickelschulte, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Quincy Memorial Park with military rites conducted at the cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the local Special Olympics.
