So sorry to learn of Jeff’s passing. We were neighbors in middle school and had great times in the old neighborhood at 22nd and Hampshire. Rest in peace, Jeffrey!

    Dear Rita,

I had my mother with me in St. Louis, and I found out about your son Jeff.
We are so sorry, and I just called St. Rose to have a High Mass for Jeff said.
They will send you a card of the date.
Sorry, we were both out of town.

    We Love you,
Paul Geers and Mary Frances McDowell

Jeff was a very dear friend of ours. He lived by us on north 26th street several years ago and we became good friends then and have never lost the closeness of friendship even though he moved away from us.We are sorry that we didn’t get to talk to you but the morning of the funeral Junior had a doctor appointment to follow up on some surgery he had. Virginia had to go to work so we couldn’t make it. Junior was at the funeral home before the visitation started and they could not let him in before the family was there but he said he signed the register.we are so sorry that we just could not make it.Please know we are thinking of you and remembering good times with Jeff. Virginia

So sorry to hear of your loss. I didn’t know Jeff but use to play with Krisann as a childhood neighbor.
