Jaxton Hoffman
Jaxton Amire Hoffman, our Ninja Turtle, age 2, of Quincy, went to dance with Jesus. Jaxton passed away due to complications from congenital heart disease at 1:15 PM on September 7, 2018 at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL.
In his short time here on earth Jaxton touched many lives. Our real life superhero leaves behind his mother: Melissa Hoffman, his sister: Jamiya Hoffman, and his brothers: Jashoud Williams, Jeremy Williams and Jakiyan Hoffman along with many other family.
Jaxton was preceded in death by his grandmother Beverly Williams and his uncle Joseph Wheeler.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday afternoon from 3:00 until 6:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.
