Jacqueline Brackley Rowsey
Jacqueline Brackley Rowsey, age 59, of 924 Payson, Quincy, died on Monday, December 6, 2010 in her home. She was born on September 25, 1951 in Quincy, Illinois, a daughter of Ralph Cleveland & Reda O’Hara. She married William “Billy” Platt Rowsey on April 15, 2005. He preceded her in death.
Jacqueline was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include:
CHILDREN: Tracy Lee Smith, Donna Sue Smith, Tabetha Grooms & her husband Robbie;
GRANDCHILDREN: Katie, Molly, Brittney, Corbin, Kayla, Robbie, Devon, Nathan, & Brianna;
ONE GREAT-GRANDCHILD: Jackson;
ONE BROTHER: Ralph Cleveland;
TWO SISTERS: Cindy Harrison & her husband Robert, & Lori Cannon & her husband Tim.
Numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives also survive.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Donald Brackley, & one sister, Diann Wright.

Jackie was great and was straight forward, never minced words and called it as she saw it. Mom loved her. I know your pain and my thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.
You will be truely missed aunt jackie! you were a great woman and we will allways remember your funny comments and actions and those memories will never leave us. we will all see you in heaven someday and i know that my mom and grandpa and grandma and the rest of our family are so happy to see you walk through the pearly gates of heaven you are truely at peace now and not in any pain anymore we really miss you and love you dearly.
