Jackie W. Boyd

Jackie W. Boyd, age 70, of Navarre, Fl, died on July 18, 2020 in Navarre, Fl. He was born on May 6, 1950 in Beardstown, IL the son of Jackie and Glenna (Krieg) Boyd, Sr.

He served in the United States Marine Corp. He was a painter in Quincy and in Florida over the years.

He is survived by:
His Mother:
THREE SIBLINGS: Terry Boyd and his wife Linda of Quincy; Mark Pond and his wife Donna of Columbia, MO; and Lisa Gillespey and her husband Jerry of Decatur, IL.
Numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives survive.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother: Charles Boyd.

Cremation rites were accorded. Graveside services will be held at Sunset Cemetery of the Illinois Veterans Home.

    My brother was one of a kind, that’s for sure! He lived life on his terms and enjoyed it to the fullest. He was always so much fun to be around… such a big heart. Jack never knew a stranger. I am gonna miss him so much… loved being his “lil sis”. Rest In Peace and I’ll see you again ❤️

    Jack was a great fun loving brother growing up. He always lived life to the fullest. Jack enjoyed spending the warm weather in Costa Rica during the winter months.
