Isa Mae Blackwell age 98, of Sunset Home died on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 12:25 a.m. in the home. Isa was born August 18, 1916 in Lincoln County, MO a daughter of William Thomas and Olive (Barber) Watts. She married John Blackwell on April 13, 1941 and he preceded her in death on February 27, 2008.

Isa was a homemaker. She was devoted to her faith and was a member of Faith Christian Church.

Survivors include nieces and nephews, Wayne Lock and his wife Mary; Karla Duesterhaus and her husband Jim all of Quincy; Howard K. Watts, II and his wife Galena of Albuquerque, NM and Beverly Bland and her husband Steve of Hannibal, MO;
Numerous great nieces, great nephews and other relatives also survive.

He was preceded by her parents, husband, a sister, Pauline Lock, brothers, Cyrus (Anna) Watts; Howard (Doris) Watts.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in Greenmount Cemetery by the Rev. Henry Pratt. There will be no visitation, but family and friends are invited to the graveside services. Memorials are suggested to Faith Christian Church.
