HARRY E. CLARK OBITUARY

Harry E. Clark, age 85, of 906 N. 8th Street, Quincy, died on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 2:40 p.m. in Blessing Hospital. He was born on February 11, 1923 in Versailles, Illinois.

Mr. Clark was a commercial fisherman. He worked for Quincy Compressor for thirty nine years before his retirement. He enjoyed fishing. He had played semi-professional baseball.

Survivors include:
COMPANION: Nora Washington and her family of Quincy, and
DEAR FRIENDS: Viola Majors of Quincy, and Loren Denton of Joplin, Missouri.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a step-son.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 p.m. at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the donor’s choice.
