Although I only knew Gloria during my father’s living at Adams Point, she was always a delight to see with a smile on her face and a kind word. I’m sorry she will not grace our lives any longer but her memory will never fade. warmly ❤annieb, Bill Bartholomew’s daughter.

Gloria and I had an instant bond almost 20 years when I first started working at the library. We loved to talk about our love of books, probably because we tended to read the same genre. I lost track of Gloria for many years and was so happy to deliver materials to her over the last couple of years. Also I would just pop in to chat. She always had stories to tell of her early life. We held hands as we talked and always hugged when I left. God bless you my sweet dear friend.
