Gerald F. Mock

Gerald F. Mock, age 73, of 7323 Horseshoe Valley Road, died on Saturday, May 30, 2015 in Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born on September 29, 1941 in Quincy, the son of Frank & Elizabeth (Hugenberg) Mock. He married Carol Marie Giesing on June 26, 1965. She survives.

Mr. Mock worked at several area manufacturers. Most recently, Mr. Mock was working at County Market at 24th & Spring.

In addition to his wife Carol, he is also survived by:
TWO SONS: Randy Mock and his girlfriend Linda of Quincy and Dennis Mock and his wife Amy also of Quincy.
SEVEN GRANDCHILDREN: Branden, Hanna, Megan, and Jessica Mock; Kasey & Kurtis Schuster and Devin Mock.
2 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN
TWO BROTHERS: Ronald Mock and his wife Jeanette and Larry Mock
Nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister: Mary Lou Wellman.

Per his wishes, Mr. Mock will be cremated. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015 beginning at 6:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Club. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
