Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 21, 2004 at 10:30 A.M. in the Kingston United Methodist Church by Rev. Lee Reffett.
Interment will be in Kingston Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 4-7 in the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home of Quincy.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kingston United Methodist Church or the Kingston Park Cemetery.
