Frances May Dieker
Frances May Badgley Dieker, age 64, of Plainville, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in her home. She was born on January 22, 1957 in Hannibal, MO the daughter of Roy and Doris Mae (Davidson) Badgley. Frances married Dennis (Mike) Dieker on December 4, 1976.
She graduated from Liberty High School and then graduated from the former Flamingo Beauty School in Quincy. Frances worked in a few salons in Quincy before finding her true calling as a C.N.A. She worked at nursing homes in Quincy, the Barry Community Care Center, Blessing Hospital and later in private care.
She loved her dog, Winston and was very particular about the care of her yard.
Frances is survived by her son Eddie (Laura) Dieker, four grandsons, Bryan, Brody, Braxton, and Bryson all of Plainville, and a sister, Jackie (Mike) Grimsley of New Canton, two nephews and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold (Eddie) Badgley, her parents, a niece, Lisa Dawn Brown in infancy a son, Bryan L. Dieker and a granddaughter, Emma.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial Visitation will be on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Private inurnment will be in Parklawn Cemetery in Barry, IL.

Eddie, Ann and I are sorry for your loss
Francie was a wonderful neighbor and friend. We miss the many conversations we had, while also paying attention to Winston. They were a well – matched pair. Sending hugs and caring thoughts to all of Francie’s family.
