Frances L. Rudicil

Frances L. Rudicil, age 87, of Ursa, formerly of Liberty, Illinois, died on October 15, 2022 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on November 28, 1934 in Liberty, the daughter of Dollie Francis ‘Frank’ Utterback and Hazel L. (Likes) Utterback.

She married Gerald Rudicil on September 22, 1967 in Quincy. He preceded her in death on June 12, 2002.

Frances was a housekeeper in the Quincy area for many years. She loved reading and playing on her Kindle.

She is survived by:
THREE CHILDREN: Linda Housewart (Kenneth) of Barry, IL; Mary Allensworth (Ken) of Ursa; and Michael Rudicil of Quincy.
STEP-DAUGHTER: Geraldene Fessler
GRANDCHILDREN: Cindy Rampley (Dale); Gerald Utterback; Dollye Bradshaw (Michael); Laura Lansing (Nathan); and Kyle Allensworth (Melanie).
SIBLINGS: Albert Utterback, Gene Utterback (Betty) and Junior Utterback (Margaret) and John Utterback.
Numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

In addition to her husband, Frances was also preceded in death by her parents, a son, Frank Hileman, one sister: Edna Hocking, one sister-in-law, Diane Utterback, one grandson George Lee Utterback, a granddaughter Tina Marie Meyers and a great grandson George Franklin Utterback.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 11:00 Am in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Quincy Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of the services at 11:00. Memorials may be made to the Charity of the Donor’s Choice. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
