To the family & Friends of Frances:

You have our deepest sympathy on the loss of Frances. She was our tenant at Northlands for over 15 years. During that time she became more than a tenant, she became a good friend.
She was always happy and upbeat, even in times of personal adversity.
We will miss her smiling face.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We know she is smiling down on us from Heaven right now.

    In sympathy,

    Dennis & David Grimm, Landlords
