Frances A. Forbes

Frances A. Forbes, the best-ever Mom and Grandmother, passed on Monday, January 30, 2017 surrounded by her family at Blessing Hospital. She was born on December 19, 1943 in Quincy to John R. and Martha E. (Bryant) Miller, both preceded her in death. Fran married Michael D. Forbes. He survives.

(Jeremy) Welty, Danielle N. Poulsen, Kristopher A. Seiz, Justin M. Seiz and Andrea M. Seiz; and one brother, Robert J. (Barb) Miller, of Kinderhook, IL and several nieces and nephews.
