I just found out about my former parishioner, Florence Nelson entering the next life. She was a hard worker and a good Christian lady. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

Florence was a Placematter at Good Samaritan Home for over 15 years. She made all the doggie placemats. We will miss her and her wonderful talent. We will miss her very much. In fact we met today and I had her doggies sacks already and it was sad not to have her there. Blessings,Joyce WInn coordianator of the Placematters

Florence was a very good person. I recall her always bringing treats for Fr. Banner’s dog, Addie, every Sunday. She often took the bus from Good Sam’s to HyVee on Broadway to do her shopping. She is missed by many.
