    Jeff and family,

I am devastated to hear this news. Eva was a sweetheart, I knew her for many years when she worked for CareLink and Addus Home Care. She was always somebody that I trusted and looked up to, when I had a hard time she was always there to listen and try to help! May she rest in peace, she will be dearly missed! God Bless the family.

I will always remember her for her bubbly personality, her big heart, how much she cared about people, how interested she was in everyone and how much she loved her family and grandchildren.
