Eileen Catherine (McMahon) Polak, age 53, of Canton, MO, died on Monday, June 6, 2022 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on August 8, 1968 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Hugh and Catherine (Galvin) McMahon.

Eileen was a homemaker in her own home and liked helping her daughter. She was helpful and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed going to her children’s activities, had a big heart, was selfless and wasn’t afraid to speak her mind (in a nice way).

Eileen is survived by her children: Kaitlyn Polak and Richard ‘Richie’ Polak. Her siblings: Amy Greene (Daniel) and Kevin McMahon (Monica), nephews Nolan, Garrett and Liam and other relatives also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Brian McMahon.
