Was so sorry to hear of Dorothy’s death. I worked with Dorothy for 7 years when I was the Principal at Irving School. She was such a fine lady and so good to the children at Irving. The cooks at Irving, let by Dorothy, were the best I ever worked with. I am so sorry that Peggy and I were out of town and were unable to attend the visitation and funeral. Our thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of her family members. Dorothy was a special lady.

    John and family,
It is with a heavy heart that I read the news about Dorothy’s passing. She was such a loving wife and mother. I will never forget the midnight breakfasts after the basketball dances in The Pit in the early ’80’s. Everyone rushed to the cafeteria to get one of those delicious homemade cinnamon rolls she was famous for! I will pray that HE gives you the strength you need in the days ahead and that HE will fill your hearts and minds with only the great memories you shared with her. God Bless.
