Thinking of you all during this difficult time.
Dear Family – I am sorry for your loss – I wish you peace
Dorothy was the hospice volunteer when my mom was at Sunset. But she was a lot more than that. She was a friend. She started growing her angel wings while here on earth…I expect she’s got her full set now. She was a wonderful lady.
We are so sorry to hear of Dorothy’s passing. She was a sincerely nice person and always greeted with her beautiful smile. She will be greatly missed.
Sending our thoughts, prayers, hugs and love to the family! We were blessed when we got to meet Dorothy through our son’s marriage to her granddaughter Christine! She was the flower grandma at their wedding. She had a way of making everyone smile and join in. Her smile and caring demeanor were contagious! We didn’t know her long, but felt like we had known her forever because she wanted it that way. Dorothy will be very much missed but leaves behind a legacy and treasure chest filled with memories through her family, friends and all those she touched!
Blessings!
Luke & Jerri Ann
RIP dear friend. I’ve known Dorothy since 1980 such a sweet loving lady. I will miss you! ❤️
Dorothy was a wonderful friend to my mother who moved to Sunset Home at the age of 94. I met Dorothy before I brought mom to Sunset and I knew God had put her in my mother’s life. She was an answer to my prayers and we are forever grateful for her friendship!
MaryKay and family, my heart is heavy with the loss of your mother. She was an awesome woman and I enjoyed meeting her when she once needed homecare services. Her dining room table was full of a jigsaw puzzle and I hid a piece from her, she searched for 2 days for the piece until I returned to the home and showed her my secret spot, she just roared with laughter at my silly hijinks’ She loved to talk about all of you and you could tell just how very proud as a mother she was of her family. May God grant you comfort in the days and months ahead. With all my sympathy – Teresa Pickle
My deepest sympathies to all of the family. I helped care for her at Sunset Home, NP for QMG, and loved seeing and talking to her. I have not been working there for past year but always asked my nursing home team about her. She was such a wonderful advocate and friend for the residents at the nursing home. She also always talked about her family which meant everything to her. She will be greatly missed. Karen

So sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs C. She was a very special person and she held a special place in my heart. I was a QU student in the early 90’s and loved Larry’s. The tavern was an extension of the Costigan home and they always made you feel at welcome. She was such a sweet lady. She will be missed.
