Diane L. Stark, age 64, of 416 Chestnut, died on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 2:26 Am in the home of her son at 1204 Highland LN. She was born on April 1, 1953 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Lewis E. & Wanda (ruder) Stark. Diane was a CNA at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy for 26 years. She attended Faith Journey Church. Diane loved to ride her Harley Motorcycle. She enjoyed fishing and boating. She liked animals. Diane was always willing to help others in any way she could.

She is survived by:
HER FATHER: Lewis Stark
HER SON: Wes Massingill and his significant other Bobbi Jo White.
TWO STEP-SONS: Travis Brockunier and his wife Kasey and Jason Brockunier and his wife Stephanie
GRANDCHILDREN: Alexandra Massingill, Kaetlyn Massingill, Kelsi Kemner, Andrea Glaspie, Tristan Glaspie, Aimee Glaspie and Kaylin Glaspie.
ONE GREAT-GRANDCHILD: Marcus Whitfield.
SIBLINGS: Susie Peters and her husband Jeff; Peggy Shake and her husband Randy; Bobby Stark, and Mary Hollenstine and her husband Kevin
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Diane was preceded in death by her mother and her long-time companion Terry Brockunier.

Memorials services will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 until the time of services at 7:00. Memorials may be made to the family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
