I was greatly stunned and saddened to hear of DJ’s untimely death at such a young age. He and his wife, Morgan, attended Mass regularly at Saint Francis Xavier when they were in Carbondale. I helped in the aspects of their marriage preparation as well. DJ was a humble and prayerful person and helped out with decorating our worship space at least one Easter season. May DJ now enjoy the promise of the resurrection, and may Morgan, his two young sons, parents, and all his family members find consolation during this great time of loss. God’s peace, Fr. Bob Flannery, Pastor
My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family at this time and as you continue to grieve.
My prayers are with you and all the family…….He is with our Lord now and watching over his family from heaven.
Praying for your family at this time.
Hi Morgan,
I’m not quite sure what to say, but I wanted to drop you a note to let you know you and your adorable babies are constantly in my prayers. I commend you for being such a strong, faith-filled woman for your boys. I’ll leave you with this quote from Mother Theresa: “I know God won’t give me anything I can’t handle. I just wish he didn’t trust me so much.”
Much love,
Kristen (Stupavsky) Walker
