Dennis Robert Kadow
Dennis Robert Kadow, known as “Uncle D”, died on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in a traffic accident on U.S. Highway 24. Dennis was born in Quincy on September 18, 1955, a son of Robert & Jane Kadow. He married Patricia “Patsy” Lepper on June 13, 1977 and she survives.
Dennis had worked at Davis-Cleaver, he received training to assist electricians and he had worked as a janitor at the Illinois Army National Guard Armory in Quincy.
He attended services at the Salvation Army, where he volunteered for many years.
He was a sports fan, who loved watching his son play sports and Cubs baseball on t.v.
Dennis most-of-all loved spending time with his family.

His children: Kelly (Eddie) Goodwin; Denny (Katrina) Kadow and Johnny Kadow; two grandchildren, a brother George Kadow and many nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
