My heartfelt condolences go out to the Manley family. We had our little special bond. I called him “Delmar Christopher” and he would call say “What’s up Grace”. I’ll miss that. We grew up together. My brother (Devin) and Delmar’s birthdays were one day apart and they would celebrate their birthdays together. My friend, my cousin RIH.

To the family of Chris, I would like to offer my condolences. Chris was a good friend of mine and I will always remember the laughter and fun our group shared during our teenage years. Rest In Peace my friend.
