David B. Devlin, age 64, of Sycamore Healthcare Centre, died on July 18, 2011 at 11:22 a.m. in Blessing Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2011 at Mt. Sterling Catholic Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
