Darrell Jones, age 65, of Oklahoma City, OK, died on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, in Blessing Hospital. He was born on October 23, 1955, in Cincinnati, OH, son of Harvey and Molley (Osborn) Jones. He married Bertha “Kay” Conners. They had three children together.

Darrell was a barber for forty years in Del City, OK. He was of the Southern Baptist faith. Darrell loved playing pool, fishing and singing. His favorite artists were Johnny Cash and Elvis.

He is survived by his children and grandchildren: Tryone Lawson (Tyra Lawson); Darrell Conners (Tyler, Kailey and Luke Conners); Jammie Conners (Damieon, Jasmine, Chaeto, Jevin Nichols); Felica Reed (Harley, Katelynn, Josh, Michelle, Ethan, Abigale Reed); great grandchild, Brently Nichols; three siblings; special nieces, Amber Jones, Diana Jones and Amanda Ballad and other relatives also survive.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Darrell’s life will be held at a later date.
