Cynthia “Cindy” Harris Frazier, 60, of Quincy, died Friday, March 17, 2023 at her home.

She was born June 16, 1962 in Hannibal, the daughter of Richard and Sharyn Epperson Harris.

She is survived by her children, Toby, Chuck, Billie, Sara Jean and Angelicka; several grandchildren; two brothers, Garrin and Jeffrey; one sister, Lisa; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one granddaughter, Bella.

Cindy was a devout Christian who served as treasurer for her church in Potosi, MO. She was fun-loving and enjoyed reading, comedies and visiting with family and friends. Cindy also had a special place in her heart for animals.

Cindy’s family would like to thank Horizons, Blessings Cancer Team and Blessing Hospice for their love and support during this time.
