Connie L. Williams, age 83, of Quincy, called Home to be with Jesus on Friday, December 31, 2021 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on April 5, 1938 in Ft. Madison, IA, the daughter of Larson and Louise (Cloud) Watts. Connie married James Howard Williams in Ft. Madison, IA. He preceded her in death on January 2, 2008.

Connie was a respiratory therapist at Blessing Hospital for thirty years before her retirement. She enjoyed Bingo, cards and knitting. She was a volunteer at the Women’s Well House and a member of the Red Hat Society. Connie was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her children: Allen C. Williams and Wendy G. Siepel; grandchildren: James (Monica) Williams, Christopher (Kristel) Williams, Jason (Rachel) Williams, Dustin (Angela) Williams, Shelby (Brent) Siepel, Cory Williams, Heather Williams, William Edward “Wes” Siepel; one brother, Richard Watts and other relatives also survive.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, son, Timothy T. Williams and son-in-law, Ronald Siepel.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Burial at a later date in Greenmount Cemetery.
