Cleola King

Cleola King, age 94, of the Sycamore Healthcare Centre, Quincy, died on Monday, December 28, 2015 in the home. She was born on October 27, 1921 in Dermott, AR, a daughter of Wesley & Suvannah Lee (Cobb) Brown, Jr.

Cleola devoted her life to being a homemaker to her family.

She was an active member of the Jehovahs Witnesses.

She is survived by:
FIVE GRANDDAUGHTERS, Beverly Stubblefield of Quincy, Cleo Stubblefield of Kenosha, WI, Stella Stubblefield of Quincy, Linda Stubblefield of Atlanta, GA and Blanche Moore of Chicago, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Irma Lee Moore.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Greenmount Cemetery by Andrew Lear. There is no visitation but family and friends are invited to the graveside service. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

    Our family will miss her and her sweet personality and all her interesting stories she told us when she was a child and growing up. Will look forward to seeing her again.

    We loved our dear Sister king, She was a wonderful sister and neighbor and Friend. What a fun loving and kind person and all the time thinking of others. Will miss her till we see her again in the Paradise Earth.
