Christine Kay Elizabeth Strieker, age 66, of rural Liberty, died on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in the Timber Point Healthcare Center in Camp Point, IL.

She was born on July 21, 1948 in Quincy, the daughter of Ralph Goehl and Mildred Strieker. Ms. Strieker was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include a son: Roger Lee Strieker of rural Liberty with whom she lived.;
a daughter: Amy Sue Strieker of Peoria, IL;
one brother: Clarence Strieker, Jr. of Clayton and
two sisters: Brenda Short of Quincy and Nancy Bellmeyer of rural Liberty.
two granddaughters: Michelle (Earl) Dean of Quincy and Angel Marie (Billy) Dean also of Quincy
Two great grandchildren along with one two be born in June also survive.

Ms. Strieker was preceded in death by her parents, a step-father Irvin G. Bellmeyer and a brother Steven Scott Short.

In accordance to her wishes, Christine is to be cremated and no formal services are planned at this time. Memorials may be made to the family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
