Christina E. Phillips

Christina E. Phillips, age 63, of 2015 Chestnut, died on Thursday, February 8, 2018 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on July 19, 1954 in Quincy the daughter of Leonard & Emma (Goodwin) Phillips. Christina was a graduate of Quincy Senior High School. She worked at Transitions. Christina was a former member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and had presently been attending The Crossing.

Christina loved to play cards and color. She enjoyed playing with her great-nieces and great-nephews. She also liked country music and the gambling boat.

Christina is survived by:
SEVEN SIBLINGS: Juanita Griesbaum and her husband Danny; Donny Phillips and his wife Donna; Greg Phillips and his wife Kathy; Randy Phillips and his wife Chris; Timmy Phillips and his wife Ronda; Becky Krietmeyer and her husband Randy; and Brent Phillips and his wife Sara.
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Christina was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM in Calvary Cemetery. There is no visitation but friends are invited to the graveside services. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

    Dear Philips family, I knew her as a child at St. Rose school in the 1960s. I did talk to her mother years ago and asked her about her and sister Juanita who was a year head of me there. May God grant her peace and her parents too.
