So sorry to hear of Charlie’s passing. I truly enjoyed visiting with him while I worked at my grandma’s restaurant at the airport. He would always come down and visit with a smile on his face. He would always tease a little too…that was just Charlie. Many prayers to all of his family.

Dear James, Joan and Schafer family,
It is sad to think of the passing of your father and bulwark of an outstanding family. Dick treasures the memory of attinding Bluff Hall one room School with Charles and his sisters. It has been rewarding to renew contact with the family through James and Jo Ann.
We applaud the valuable contributions Charles made to community through his many leadership endeavors. We add our condolences to the family. May God’s Blessings send special comfort to you at this meaningful time.
