Carroll G. Range

Carroll G. Range, age 88, of the Sunset Home, formerly of Country Club Heights, died on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in Blessing Hospital.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 10:30 AM in the Sunset Cemetery of the Illinois Veterans Home with military rites conducted at the cemetery. There is no visitation, but friends are invited to the graveside services. Memorials may be made to the family.

    Every morning and afternoon I drove down 18th Street by St Francis, Carroll would wave and smile. He was so dedicated and caring. He always put a smile on my face. May he Rest In Peace!

    Mr. Range watched over our St. Francis students so faithfully. He always did it with his infectious smile too. God bless this faithful servant.

    Carroll was truly a great man and gentle man. I consider it an honor to know him. He always had a smile and he served well. Prayers for his daughter.

    Carroll and my father, Kline Logsdon, worked together for years at Culver-Stockton College. My dad thought the world of Carroll and they were quite the team. Carroll was always the nicest and sweetest man. I will always smile when I think of Carroll.

    I worked with Carroll at Culver Stockton College. He was a sweet man that never met a stranger. Always had a smile on his face and was a very helping sole. Glad to say he was a dear friend of mine. So sorry for your loss Little Carol.

    I worked in the cafeteria for my work study at CSC, I enjoyed working with Carroll he was such a nice man and the happiest person I ever met
