Carlene Louise Budde, age 78, of Quincy, died on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in the E.R. of Blessing Hospital. Carlene was born on February 12, 1938 a daughter of Carl & Eva (Kuhn) Budde.

Carlene was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. She graduated from Quincy Senior High School in 1956. Carlene was employed by Illinois State Bank, the Recorder of Deeds Office, and GAB Bus services. Carlene retired after 33 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Marjorie Schlipman, and aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Wee Kirk Chapel at Good Samaritan Home by Rev. Mike Frieberkorn. Interment will follow in Greenmount Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at the Wee Kirk Chapel.
