Bradley W. Harris
Bradley Wayne Harris, 58 of Quincy Illinois passed away at 7:45 pm on Thursday April 25, 2013.
Bradley was born to the late George (Bucky) Harris and the late Irma Jean Albrecht.
He married Diana Harris June 27, 1985 in Hannibal Missouri.
He leaves two children Rachael Harris and Jason Dominic Harris and three grandchildren.
Bradley is the loving brother of Stanley Paul Harris (wife Becky) of Payson, Michael Harris,
(wife Donna) of Quincy, and a sister Patricia (Halbach) Bond of St. Louis. He was preceded in death by one sister, Cathy Jean Mathison of St. Louis MO. Bradley leaves behind his most faithful companion Spot his beloved dog.
He is uncle to four nephews Ricky Harris, Christian Halbach, Mathew Harris and Daniel Harris. He was preceded in death by one nephew, Nathan John Paul Halbach (22) of O’Fallon MO. His nieces are Carrie Milton, Nicole McCrary, and Stephanie Harris. He has numerous loved aunts and uncles as well as cousins.
He was surrounded with love by his dearest friends and mentors of his special organizations that gave him strength, love and friendship and a purpose in life.
Bradley’s favorite enjoyment was mushroom hunting, the woods, nature and of course his family and friends. Brad was baptized at the Crossing in Quincy Illinois where he was a member.
Brad served in the Marine Corps.
Brad will be a special presence that will be dearly missed. Brad passed away after a year and half battle with Cancer.
Graveside Services will be Monday April 29 at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, 1730 North 18th Street followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at The Crossing 929 located at 801 Monroe Street with lunch to follow.
