I am so very sorry to hear of Billy’s loss. Praying for ALL of his family and friends, of which, I was one. Met him about 30 years ago when I was with my now ex-husband. He always made me and everyone around him laugh. Always a happy, kidding-around, lovable guy. He will be dearly missed. Although I had not seen him in quite some time, we recently friended eachother on facebook in the last year or two. It was great to catch-up with him and see what a wonderful person, father, husband he was. No matter what, he always answered me back. Just a great guy. I never have met his wife or children, but hope for peace and comfort for them as I know they must be very special. God Bless.
